Qualifications

- Published thought leadership on emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proficiency in AI-powered trend analysis tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Palantir)
- Experience testifying before regulatory bodies or congressional committees
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year strategic implementations
