- Facilitate scenario planning workshops with executive stakeholders to prepare for alternative futures
- Author visionary whitepapers and thought leadership content positioning Horizon as an industry pioneer
- Manage portfolio of innovation pilots with $10M+ annual investment allocation
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into commercial offerings
- Mentor cross-functional teams in adaptive thinking and anticipatory intelligence methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into successful commercial innovations
- Deep expertise in exponential technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Credible publication history in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Exceptional communication skills for influencing C-level executives and technical teams
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., APF, WFS) or equivalent practical experience
