Responsibilities

- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Lead quarterly scenario-planning workshops with Fortune 500 clients
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with predictive market models
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts and innovation consultants
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in technology adoption lifecycle modeling and disruption forecasting
- Proven track record of influencing C-suite decisions with future-focused insights
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent discipline
- Published thought leadership in top-tier innovation or tech journals
- Deep understanding of exponential tech trends (AI, quantum, bioengineering)
- Experience building strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
