- Lead cross-functional workshops with stakeholders to align on future-state scenarios
- Produce high-impact trend briefs and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario planning projects
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse audiences

- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent
