Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state opportunities
- Produce actionable white papers and executive briefings on emerging paradigms
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic adaptation to 2026+ challenges
- Represent company at global futurism forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and system dynamics modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership on 2020s market evolution
- Certification in strategic foresight (preferred)
