Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic vision framework using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotechnology, and climate adaptation
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and strategic roadmaps for executive stakeholders
- Establish quantitative/qualitative metrics to track emerging technology adoption curves
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Integrate ESG principles into all strategic planning processes
- Present visionary concepts to investors, partners, and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or advanced technology strategy
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Strong background in behavioral economics and human-computer interaction
- Published research or patents in future-focused domains
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, cross-impact analysis)
