Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate adaptation, bio-convergence) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026+
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive technologies and their market implications
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-facing products and services
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Author quarterly trend briefings that inform R&D investment priorities
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and scenario modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published research in futurism or innovation strategy (portfolio required)
