Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic frameworks for enterprise clients across multiple sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops and future-state envisioning sessions
- Design and implement innovation sprints to validate future-facing concepts
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or foresight roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategy
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation
- Published thought leadership in reputable industry publications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, etc.)
