- Produce trend reports and competitive intelligence briefings for product roadmaps
- Design innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, horizon scanning, and scenario modeling
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ high-impact strategic foresight projects
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) strongly preferred
