Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ product roadmaps and market expansion
- Analyze global tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Produce scenario-planning models for geopolitical and economic shifts affecting industry landscapes
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track innovation portfolio performance
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain an external network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or tech foresight roles
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, Web3, and exponential technologies
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CSO, APF) preferred
