As a key member of our Future Horizons division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global thought leaders to shape our 2026+ vision. You'll lead high-stakes scenario planning workshops and pioneer methodologies for anticipating paradigm shifts across industries.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and sociocultural trends to map 2026+ strategic pathways
- Develop and present future scenarios to executive leadership and board members
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating foresight into product roadmaps and business initiatives
- Establish innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping of future-facing solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Build and maintain relationships with futurist networks, academic institutions, and venture capitalists
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Published author in futurism or innovation publications (portfolio required)
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
