Responsibilities

- Design and facilitate executive futures workshops and scenario planning sessions
- Produce high-impact trend reports and strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with R&D to align innovation pipelines with future market needs
- Build and manage a global network of futurist researchers and industry experts
- Integrate futures thinking into corporate strategy, risk management, and investment decisions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFMP) strongly preferred
