Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks and strategic roadmaps for emerging markets and disruptive technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused innovation priorities
- Produce actionable foresight reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to validate future concepts and accelerate prototype development
- Establish thought leadership through industry publications, conference keynotes, and media engagements
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, Technology, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards of directors
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS, WFS) preferred
