Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology foresight frameworks through trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Produce strategic white papers and executive briefings on emerging tech paradigms
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-focused innovations into development roadmaps
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and tech symposiums
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodology and critical thinking
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic factors affecting tech adoption timelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technological disruption trends
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AGI development, and synthetic biology
- Proven track record of converting futuristic concepts into commercial products
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
