Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Produce forward-looking strategic briefings for executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for emerging technology adoption and measure ROI on innovation initiatives
- Build and maintain an external network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Represent the company at global tech summits and publish thought leadership content
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodology and critical thinking frameworks
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotechnology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, Technology, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology or strategy publications
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
