Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Proven track record of developing scenario-planning tools for C-level executives
- Strong data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI) and narrative storytelling ability
