Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify disruptive trends and paradigm shifts affecting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) into enterprise ecosystems
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive stakeholders across global markets
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry summits
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation maturity and market adaptation
- Mentor junior futurists through our Emerging Tech Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into executive-level strategic recommendations
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with 50+ keynote engagements or executive workshops
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals or major industry publications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, Scenario Planning)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 3-5 year strategic foresight implementations
