- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging opportunities and threats in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Produce actionable whitepapers and executive briefings on future-of-work implications
- Partner with R&D teams to align innovation portfolios with long-term societal trends
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Represent company at global futurism forums and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in technology forecasting and systemic trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Published thought leadership on digital transformation or sustainability
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience developing roadmaps for 5+ year horizons
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures to stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
