Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech/social trends and translate insights into actionable 2026 strategic roadmaps
- Develop predictive models for market disruption and opportunity identification
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios
- Architect innovation frameworks for next-generation product/service development
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and investor communities
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic adaptability in volatile environments
- Maintain proprietary trend intelligence database and horizon scanning protocols
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or relevant quantitative field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven experience developing scenario planning frameworks for C-suite audiences
- Expertise in predictive analytics tools (e.g., Palantir, Tableau, custom ML models)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) adoption curves
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Published thought leadership in foresight or strategy publications preferred
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS, CFSP) strongly preferred
