Responsibilities
- Conduct quarterly trend analysis across 15+ emerging sectors
- Develop and maintain a 2026 technology foresight database
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate insights into strategy
- Present quarterly future scenario briefings to executive leadership
- Manage innovation portfolio with $50M+ annual budget
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic and industry pioneers
- Author annual 'Future State' whitepapers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning or innovation roles
- Proven track record of forecasting market disruptions (examples required)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
