Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks to identify emerging trends and disruptive technologies through 2026
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for multiple future market evolutions
- Produce actionable white papers and executive briefings on future industry landscapes
- Collaborate with R&D to align innovation pipelines with long-term strategic objectives
- Analyze global socio-economic shifts to inform product development and market entry strategies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists in future methodologies and analytical techniques
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
