- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping future-state solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Author annual 'Future State' reports influencing company-wide strategy
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in exponential technology trends (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi, scenario mapping)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-state analyses or strategic frameworks
- Deep understanding of global megatrends affecting 2026+ business landscapes
