- Lead innovation workshops and scenario-planning sessions with executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to validate emerging technologies and accelerate adoption
- Produce trend reports and strategic briefings for board-level decision-making
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness initiatives and track progress against strategic milestones
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist analysis
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into successful business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS, CFSP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic initiatives
