Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Portfolio demonstrating trend forecasting and scenario planning
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Executive communication skills for complex technical concepts
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies
