Responsibilities
- Map global megatrends and disruptive technologies through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing business models
- Produce annual 'Future State' whitepapers and predictive reports
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Advise C-suite executives on strategic pivots and innovation roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness and adaptability
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal shifts
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience with AI/ML tools for predictive modeling
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
