Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario planning models for organizational decision-making
- Partner with R&D and product teams to integrate future-focused insights into innovation roadmaps
- Deliver executive briefings and stakeholder presentations on emerging opportunities and risks
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Quantify future market potential through data-driven modeling and forecasting methodologies
- Champion a culture of continuous innovation and future-readiness across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional analytical capabilities with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Certification in strategic foresight or futures studies (e.g., CFMP preferred)
