Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop evidence-based future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for C-suite stakeholders
- Design and facilitate foresight workshops with global thought leaders and industry pioneers
- Translate complex futures into actionable business strategies and innovation pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at premier global forums
- Quantify future market opportunities through advanced data modeling and trend analysis
- Maintain proprietary foresight frameworks and competitive intelligence systems
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or major strategic transformation initiatives
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPS) strongly preferred
- Global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
