Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps for emerging tech verticals (AI, quantum, climate tech)
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive market shifts and black swan events
- Partner with C-suite to embed future-ready frameworks into corporate strategy
- Curate and analyze global innovation signals from 50+ tech ecosystems
- Design immersive foresight workshops for Fortune 500 clients
- Pioneer Horizon Labs' annual 'Future State' thought leadership series
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with tech focus
- Proven track record in forecasting technology adoption curves
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario modeling methodologies
- Published thought leader with 50+ industry talks/whitepapers
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
