Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socioeconomic shifts, and cultural trends to forecast 2026 market landscapes

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready initiatives
- Produce high-impact whitepapers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Identify disruptive opportunities and risks through horizon-scanning methodologies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions and validate concepts
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and trend symposiums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism research
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of developing actionable 3-5 year strategic roadmaps
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, climate tech, and metaverse ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex insights
- Experience facilitating executive workshops with Fortune 500 clients
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
