Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategy, Business Analytics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong background in AI, biotech, or sustainability trends
- Exceptional data modeling and predictive analytics skills

- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
