Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and sustainable innovation for client portfolios
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging economic and technological paradigms
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused products and services
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive intelligence for strategic advantage
- Present future outlooks to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience leading global teams across diverse cultural and technical contexts
