Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technology adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive innovation opportunities
- Produce scenario analyses and risk assessments for quantum/AI convergence
- Partner with R&D to translate future trends into product roadmaps
- Represent company vision at global tech summits and policy forums
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
- Author quarterly trend briefs for executive leadership
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation consulting
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
