Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech/societal trends and develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for 2026+ market readiness
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Present foresight frameworks to C-suite executives and Fortune 500 partners
- Develop patent-pending methodologies for trend acceleration and disruption modeling
- Author white papers on future-of-work scenarios and ethical tech governance
- Manage a $2M annual innovation incubator fund
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures/tech journals
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, Delphi methods)
- Track record of launching commercialized future-focused products
- Expertise in scenario planning and systemic risk modeling
- PhD in relevant field preferred with 5+ years industry experience
