Responsibilities
- Forecast global tech, economic, and social trends through quantitative modeling and qualitative research
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients in AI, biotech, and climate sectors
- Lead strategic workshops with executive teams to embed future insights into 3-5 year roadmaps
- Author white papers and thought leadership on disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neurotech)
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight into actionable business strategies using proprietary foresight platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
