Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market evolution
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their industry impacts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future scenarios and innovation roadmaps
- Produce executive-level reports on disruptive trends and competitive positioning
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into actionable product development plans
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track organizational progress against them
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting at Fortune 500 level
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Proven track record of translating foresight into successful business strategies
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to influence executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
