Responsibilities
- Analyze disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal megatrends to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop scenario-based forecasts and strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030 market evolution
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight into product innovation and corporate strategy
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready initiatives
- Produce high-impact briefings and trend reports for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record in technology trend analysis and strategic planning
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: Web3, AGI, climate tech, or neurotech
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and data visualization platforms
- Global perspective with understanding of geopolitical and cultural dynamics
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight academy)
