Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps through trend analysis and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops on disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Produce annual Future Impact Reports for executive leadership
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Monitor geopolitical/socioeconomic shifts affecting tech adoption
- Design immersive foresight simulations for stakeholder alignment
- Build strategic partnerships with academic and innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning with tech disruption focus
- Proven track record in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, clean energy)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Published thought leadership in innovation journals
