Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for client resilience and innovation roadmaps
- Conduct trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and human-machine collaboration domains
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-proofing principles into organizational DNA
- Produce foresight reports and immersive foresight workshops for Fortune 500 partners
- Champion ethical innovation and sustainable development in all strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism with proven 2026+ impact
- Deep expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation publications
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills for complex futures narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., ACIF, APF) preferred
