As a cornerstone of our Innovation Division, you'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers, neurotech pioneers, and climate scientists to transform abstract possibilities into tangible strategies. Your work will directly influence our product roadmap and investment priorities in exponential technologies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, biotech, quantum computing) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026 market landscapes
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Produce trend reports and innovation briefs for executive leadership
- Monitor global signals (policy, culture, science) to anticipate paradigm shifts
- Advise on ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record in trend analysis and scenario planning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating futurist projects or published thought leadership
- Passion for ethical tech innovation and human-centered design
