Responsibilities

- Design strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable innovation
- Deliver executive briefings and trend reports to C-suite stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizations on future-ready capabilities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario development methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
