- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into prototype development
- Represent company vision at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-proof methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of socioeconomic disruptors reshaping 2026+ landscapes
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovations
