Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions to forecast 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and sustainability sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership teams on future-proofing strategies
- Produce forward-looking thought leadership reports and executive briefings
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for anticipated market needs
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to identify partnership opportunities
- Quantify future risks and opportunities using predictive analytics and trend modeling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Analytics, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting, innovation management, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic trend analysis
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend platforms
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
