- Author high-impact foresight reports and executive presentations translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Represent Horizon Innovations at global foresight forums and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or trend analysis with proven future-shaping impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
