Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and societal trends through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario planning models for executive decision-making
- Produce quarterly trend reports with actionable insights for product and business units
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with future market shifts
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption signals
- Design and implement future-proofing strategies for product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders including investors and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist research roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation spaces
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Research preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight-to-strategy translation projects
