Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, economic, and political domains to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop and publish annual Future State reports with quantified impact projections and strategic recommendations
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with executive teams to align organizational vision with emerging realities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers to inform strategic foresight
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Represent InnovateHorizons at premier global forums as a keynote speaker on future trends
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track organizational progress toward 2026 milestones
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field with 8+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of publishing influential trend reports or thought leadership in tech/economics
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning, weak signal analysis)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic pivots
- Portfolio demonstrating successful integration of foresight into business strategy
