- Translate complex futures into strategic roadmaps for C-suite executives and product teams
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops with global stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications and predictive briefings for industry forums
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-state solutions and validate viability
- Monitor geopolitical, climate, and tech convergence signals for early opportunity detection
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and predictive modeling frameworks
- Proven track record of translating futures insights into commercial strategies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complexity for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic initiatives
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Foresight Platform) and data visualization
