- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on 10-year strategic roadmaps
- Produce high-impact white papers and thought leadership for global summits
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify disruptive startups and emerging technologies
- Design ethical governance frameworks for next-gen automation and human augmentation
- Represent the company at Davos, World Economic Forums, and future-focused symposiums
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 5+ years of applied experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic plans for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech)
