Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, quantum computing, climate tech) to develop 2026+ strategic scenarios
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Develop quantitative/qualitative frameworks for assessing emerging technologies
- Present strategic foresight to executive leadership and Board of Directors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and innovation hubs
- Create annual Innovation Roadmaps with measurable KPIs and success metrics
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of breakthrough technologies
- Mentor internal teams in futures thinking and strategic adaptation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or foresight roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, white papers)
- Experience with AI/ML, blockchain, or exponential technology assessment
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley preferred)
