You'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify disruptive trends and transform them into scalable innovations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute horizon-scanning frameworks to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Produce strategic foresight reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks to capture disruptive innovations
- Design and implement innovation governance frameworks to balance risk and opportunity
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and investors with compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight research into commercialized products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-level audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (articles, books, white papers)
