Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future trends into product development and business strategy
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, tech incubators, and think tanks to pioneer emerging technologies
- Create actionable roadmaps for quantum computing adoption, AI ethics frameworks, and sustainable innovation
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and executive narratives
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic indicators impacting technological adoption and market evolution
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies and adaptive resilience techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, AGI) and their societal implications
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities with published thought leadership
- Experience developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Demonstrated success in facilitating executive workshops and driving organizational change
- Strong network within innovation ecosystems (Singularity University, MIT Media Lab, etc.)
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, cross-impact analysis)
